So Our Man's spies tell him. Pray tell, madam, how can this be? Thought the LibDems were the perennial also-rans, and their leader looks like a decent, but wet-behind-the-ears nice guy. Surely he doesn't stand a chance does he?
The LDs have suddenly switched from being sandal-clad beardies to "clean govt". VC gained more credibility than GO in economic opposition. NC put forward a motion to enable MPs to be sacked by their constituents which the other parties rejected. The final TV (BBC) debate's next Thursday & may determine the result. The Cs (predictably) are saying DC should never have agreed to do the debates...
