I cannot believe no one has commented on this gem. It is simply wonderful. I have sent it on to all my friends. It truly disturbed my Ministry of Finance official friend who was here in DC for the IMF/World Bank meetings.
You should note that you posted this on the day the Japanese government noted that there were over 3,000 suicides in Japan last month. The most ever, the highest in the industrialized world.
