It's great on so many levels - citizen journalism, slice of life, the fact the camera was never nicked and even the matron figure in the kitchen put the thing back on the conveyor belt, plus shows the Japanese (methinks in Hokkaido) pretty much as they are, sans geisha-nerdy-techno stereotypes. It was a project by the gaijin-san kindergarten teacher to show life in a busy sushi shop, and it does that brilliantly.
